1Should I wash my hair before installing it?

Absolutely, the shipping process sometimes flattens the hair so a nice wash or co-wash can really bring it back to life

2What color are my bundles?

Our hair come in natural black or brown colors, you may indicate your color preference on the checkout page. Please be prepared to color your Kaylee Cruz Hair to your desired style or look because due to the natural color of this product we cannot guarantee your preference (Natural black or brown)

3Can the Curly texture be straightened?

Yes all of our curly textures can be straightened. We recommend the use of a heat protectant before applying heat to your Kaylee Cruz Hair

4What products can I use to care for my hair?

We only recommend high quality hair care products. Always choose sulfate-free products. Avoid using cheap products found at your local drug or grocery store. These products contain chemicals that can dry out the hair.

We choose high quality sulfate-free product, we recommend our Kaylee Cruz Luxury Hair Care line.

5How much hair do I need?
Weaves

For a full install we recommend 2 packs if your trying to achieve 18 inches and under. For 20 inches and over we recommend a 3rd pack for a full installation. It's always better to purchase a little extra rather than not enough.

Clip Ons

One set will add length and volume, but 2 sets will make you glamorous! Go for 2 if glam is what you are after or 1 for a more natural look

6Can I cut the weft?
We advise that you don’t cut the weft, unless you absolutely need to. Make sure to let your hair stylist know to seal your weft in order to prevent shedding
7Can I Color my Hair?
Absolutely! Just be sure to get it done by an experienced Stylist
8How long will my hair last?
The longevity of your Kaylee Cruz hair will depend primarily on the daily and overall care provided. Your Hair should last a minimum of 1 year with regular care and 2 years with good care.
9Are all bundles the same?
No and this due to the fact that we sell only 100% virgin hair, no two heads of hair are exactly the same. Our images are meant to give you a good idea of the texture and color. Due to the natural nature of our hair, we cannot guarantee that each bundle will be of the same color or wave/curly texture. This is the assurance that you purchased AUTHENTIC Virgin hair
10Do you offer student discount?
Yes we absolutely do! you will need to send an email to our customer care team to request a coupon code. Make sure to attach your valid school ID. Once we have verified your identity you will receive a coupon code for a 10% discount off your total purchase of $300 or more (not to be used in combination with any offers, promotions or specials)
11Why are extensions non-returnable if opened?
Human hair extensions is considered to be a hygienic product. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used and that includes "trying them on". Please inspect your extensions thoroughly for color, quality and texture before wearing them or trying them on. Used extensions cannot be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.
12Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we are at fault. Your order must be shipped back via an insured or trackable method as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected returns.
13When will I receive my exchange?
Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your returned item. Please note exchanges will incur a $10 restocking and handling fee unless exchange was due to an error on our part
14What is the return period?
We will provide an exchange on unworn and unused hair extensions within 7 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
15Do you offer stylist discount?
