SHIPPING POLICY

Please review these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use this site.

Order Processing

You understand that when purchasing raw hair, all hair will not be the exact same curl pattern and texture may vary depending on the donor Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. All orders received after 5PM will begin processing the next business day.

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed.During Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 10 business days.

BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND/CYBERMONDAY: Processing times may take up to 15 business days.

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

We only ship product to confirmed addresses. Your shipping and billing (Address connected to your ATM/Debit/Credit/checking account) must match in order to complete a transaction on this site.

We ship all US orders via United States Postal Service.

Orders within the US will be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after package has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required.You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges. Our shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country. It is vital to research or have an understanding of the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.International orders typically take up to10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx (Orders to Canada ship via USPS Express). Kaylee Cruz Hair reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method.All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.

Errors and Shipment Delays

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or refund your money. However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office prior to re-shipping of products.
